Pet Policy

• A $500 deposit is required, and all pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.
• There is a $25 monthly fee for each pet.
• No animals are permitted in the apartment or the community without prior written consent.
• If the community allows pets, the following conditions apply:
• A maximum of two pets per apartment is permitted.
• Certain breeds are restricted and prohibited, including Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarias, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Additional breed restrictions may apply, and any dog with a history of biting, injuring, or property damage is not allowed.
• Cats must be spayed or neutered.
• Animals, except Assistance Animals, are not allowed in the pool, pool area, or amenity areas such as the business and fitness centers. No animals are permitted in the pool or spa water.
• Animals may not be tied to any fixed object outside the dwelling units, except in fenced yards designated for exclusive use.
• Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed without a pet deposit or fee. Aquariums over 20 gallons may require a deposit or fee and proof of renter’s insurance.
• During service requests, animals should be removed from the area or secured in a room behind a closed door, kennel, or crate, with notification provided.
